In this section you will find answers to the most common questions from our clients. If you have any inquiries that are not listed here, you can contact us and we will attend to your request as soon as possible.
Children of any age are allowed. They must be accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or authorized persons in order to stay.
For reservations made through our website, we accept payment by credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express) as well as payment through PayPal.
For reservations made directly by phone or email, payment can be arranged with the hostel through bank transfer or Bizum. Please note that in the case of payment by bank transfer, the reservation will not be effective until the payment receipt is provided. For this reason, this option will only be available for reservations made at least 7 days in advance.
The tourist tax rate, approved by Law 5/2020 of April 29, is €0.60 + 10% VAT per person per night.
This tax must be paid by all guests and will be charged at check-out.
Extension:
- To extend your stay, it is best to contact us directly by phone (number: 650635090) and we will check availability. If the assigned room is still available, the extension can be formalized without any problem. If the assigned room is not available on the desired days, the hostel may offer a room change.
Reduction:
- In the event of early check-out, no refund will be guaranteed for any unused nights.
There is internet connection through WIFI with a private password and signal from all rooms and spaces in the hostel. The use of WIFI is completely free for our clients.
The hostel is located in a small mountain village. There is no private parking available at the hostel, but there is free outdoor parking just a 1-minute walk away from the hostel.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 pm or earlier depending on availability.
- The usual check-out time is 11:00 am. You can book a Late Check-Out with prior reservation and we will check availability.
The hostel has two rooms where dogs are allowed, and this is clearly specified in the details of each room. The price for these two rooms remains the same.
If a guest arrives with a dog and has reserved a room where dogs are not allowed, the hostel may offer the option to stay with a charge of €40 to cover disinfection tasks. However, please note that this is only a possibility.
If the hotel has continuous occupancy of rooms without pets, check-in with a dog will not be possible in any way.
These rules are mandatory for all our clients:
- Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hostel.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Noise is not allowed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- The tranquility of all guests must be respected. It is recommended to not speak loudly and of course not to scream in any area of the hostel.
